About Us

Our Company

Born out of a quest by its founding members to revitalize and restore structural life in the Town of Eatonville and its surrounding communities, H.E.L.P. Community Development Corporation (HELP CDC) was established in 2003 and received 501(c)(3) status in 2004.  HELP CDC’s mission is to “achieve community wholeness and help families live prosperously through education, economic development, and homeownership.”  By providing information, inspiration, and motivation, HELP CDC increases the homeownership success, financial skills, and capabilities of working class families thereby placing them on the road to financial self-sufficiency, and building wealth.  HELP CDC is supported through grants from the federal government, the sponsor church – The Life Center Church, and corporations.
